During economic hard times there are tons of people with many years experience and skills looking for work. These job seekers when interviewed they would definitely will make similar impression on the interviewer. Therefore, obviously it would be challenging for the manager to make a decision. 1. They will look for a candidate that stands out over the other candidates. A candidate that is more excited to the job and who is knowledgeable of the company's values, culture, customers and product.
